| Use
of battery
1 The battery should
remove the surface dust and dirty before using,
and check damage, if it damaged, we will repair
or change according to damage degree. After
checking, make up the single battery in battery
group according to the need.
2 confect electrolyte
2.1 Battery, which stipulated
electrolyte density is 1.265±0.005g/cm3(30℃)
when begin to discharge, should confect sulphuric
acid solution that density is 1.250±0.005g/cm3(30℃)
as electrolyte. Compared volume ratio of the
sulphuric acid (density is 1.835 g/cm3) with
water is about 3.3:1; the mass ratio is about
1.8:1.
2.2 Battery, which stipulated
electrolyte density is 1.270±0.005g/cm3(30℃)
when begin to discharge, should confect sulphuric
acid solution that density is 1.250±0.005g/cm3(30℃)
as electrolyte. Compared volume ratio of the
sulphuric acid (density is 1.835 g/cm3) with
water is about 3.3:1; the mass ratio is about
1.8:1.

electrolyte density is 1.280±0.005g/cm3(30℃)
when begin to discharge, should confect sulphuric
acid solution that density is 1.265±0.005g/cm3(30℃)
as electrolyte. Compared volume ratio of the
sulphuric acid (density is 1.835 g/cm3) with
water is about 3.1:1; the mass ratio is about
1.7:1.
2.4 Battery, which stipulated
electrolyte density is 1.290±0.005g/cm3(30℃)
when begin to discharge, should confect sulphuric
acid solution that density is 1.275±0.005g/cm3(30℃)
as electrolyte. Compared volume ratio of the
sulphuric acid (density is 1.835 g/cm3) with
water is about 2.6:1; the mass ratio is about
1.65:1.
2.5 While confect the
electrolyte, should use acidproof and high temperature-resistant
container, put water in above-mentioned proportion
first, and then add the sulphuric acid in water
slowly pro rata, and churn up with the acidproof
stick or purgative compressed air at the same
time, and make it mix evenly. Don’t pour water
into sulphuric acid, avoiding accident occurrence.
2.6 The electrolyte
that has already confected, after cooling under
the normal temperature, adjust the density according
to following table 。
